For this version a French translation was alsodeveloped. TheApp2C can be set  to  English,  French  and  Dutch.  These  improvements  were  implemented  without  further coordination with the water boards. The App2C  helps  the  user  to  identify  the  area of  the leveewere  the observation  took  place  and  what  type  of  damage  was  detected.  Then  the  app  provides  several questions in which crucial information of the specific damage is collected. The app contains different questions for each damage type.;;;;;;;;;;False;True;False;
